*The indicated price includes: breakfast with organic products and homemade pastries, water and electricity consumption, indoor parking, bed linen and towels, air conditioning, wifi internet, daily cleaning of the room every other day, walking access to Baia dei Turchi beach (800 meters, a walk through the pine forest). All rooms are equipped with: bathroom with shower, mosquito nets, color TV, refrigerator, outdoor courtyard with tables and chairs, two bicycles for free use. Our breakfast is typically Italian, sweet-based and prepared with organic and locally sourced raw materials, personalized according to your tastes and served directly at the table with a mini buffet. For lunch, on the other hand, you can find a bit of everything directly on the beach. For dinner, finally, you can comfortably serve yourself in the local trattorias or at the many restaurants in Otranto and we will be at your disposal to advise you best! At the time of booking, we usually require a deposit via bank transfer equal to 30% of the total amount (deposit that will be fully refunded in case of cancellation within 14 days from the check-in date).
